Terms of Service

By accessing or using PhotoToBrick (https://www.phototobrick.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the website or its tools.

LEGO® is a trademark of the LEGO Group of companies which does not sponsor, authorize or endorse this site. PhotoToBrick is an independent web application designed for AFOLs (Adult Fans of LEGO®) and hobbyists to calculate custom mosaic building plans. Reference to LEGO®, brick types, dimensions, and official color names is made strictly for descriptive and compatibility identification purposes.

When using the PhotoToBrick editor, you are solely responsible for ensuring that you own the rights to, or have appropriate permission to use, any photographs or images that you process. PhotoToBrick does not claim any ownership over your images or the mosaic blueprints you generate.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. While our algorithm maps colors to LEGO® standards with high precision, actual physical brick shades, surface reflectance, and availability on third-party marketplaces may vary.

PhotoToBrick allows exporting parts lists for convenience. We are not affiliated with, nor do we act as an agent for, BrickLink, LEGO® Pick a Brick, or any independent brick sellers. Any purchase of parts is conducted entirely between you and the respective vendor.

These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from any mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence, and nothing in these terms limits the right to bring proceedings before the courts of your place of residence.
